HOW THE IDEA CAME UP:
We were sitting down with the Shalehi team and we got to talking about the client’s and their issues, then we thought of making it a show, and with Ammar (sales manager) we started it off and it became a classic for their followers.
THE VALUE IT ADDED:
It gave the business a chance to show the faces behind it, and simply tell people that they were dealing with people, not just voices behind phones.
WHAT’S NEXT FOR THIS IDEA:
We believe that stories and relatability sell, though this idea might not translate directly into sales, but that’s not the point of content creation and storytelling. It made people love the brand even more and grow to like it, creating loyalty and added to brand identity.
